Mochiko mochi ice cream

Mochi ice cream: 

A Japanese confection made from mochi (pounded sticky rice) with an ice cream filling. 

December 2012,
I was doing a last minute Christmas shopping in G4 and I saw this at Food Choices.

Eenie meenie miney moe.

Opted for the New Recipe:

Look at all that ice cream and just a thin layer of mochi.

Next time I saw another Mochiko was when I went to Shangri-la last May 2013.

Make sure to follow the instructions on the packet:

Please wait a few minutes or when mochi is soft to the touch before biting into it.

Or else you will be biting into a really hard mochi and get almost nothing off 

and taste nothing but ice because of how cold it is.

PF Chang's, Alabang Town Center

My 2 closest friends and I went to P.F. Chang's last July 21, 2012

We ordered some of their best sellers:

Nothing made my tail wiggle and decided to have the leftovers wrapped up.

Now, this is the best part,

their take-out boxes actually came in those Chinese take-out box you see in US shows
when they have Chinese food delivered!

We got so excited that we asked to pack the food ourselves.

Neat, eh?

By the time we got back home we were already hungry and ate our take-outs. 

Weirdly enough, my tail started to wiggle!

The place was inspired by the 1990 Robert De Niro mafia movie, Goodfellas.

I don't like buffalo wings much because of the tangy taste 
but this got it right for my palette.
