Little Star Pizza - Valencia St., San Francisco, CA (USA)

Roms let me try Little Star Pizza after our coffee break at Four Barrel.

Inside, it seemed like a very different place.

On the left.

Further inside.

We were only having a snack so we sat at the bar.
ღ White Pie $20.12

It wasn't tomato sauce based and the cheese was really good.

The best part was that it was just the right thickness and crunchy!

Four Barrel Coffee - San Francisco, CA (USA)

Above photo taken from here

Roms is a coffee drinker and she suggested to try out Four Barrel.

Unfortunately, she is not so fond of me taking photos of everything.
(left side from entrance)

So I wasn't able to take photos of the entire place.
(view of the photo above from inside)

I just had to sneak some of the photos..
(beside the photo above)

..or while she was in line to pay..
(right side from the photo above)

..or when she was in the restroom.
(beyond the counter from photo above)

Because she threatened to take my camera..
(right side from the entrance)

..at the end of my trip.
(going to the back)

Haha.
(back area)

Where they make their own coffee.

And here is where we can sit and watch.

Their menu is real simple:
That's it.

Coffee $2.50
I don't drink pure coffee so this is too strong for me,
but 50% of why I like coffee is the experience it always comes with.

And this place delivered that.

Chocolate Chip $1.50

Roms had this.
Espresso $2.50

And this is their restroom view from where we sat.
You can see the chandelier from the glass window on top!
Nice.

Bi Rite Creamery & Bakeshop - 18th St., SanFrancisco, CA (USA)

After a long biking day, I rewarded myself with Bi-Rite Ice cream.

The entrance..

One blink then it was suddenly like this!

On the right, they have a few seats.

We stayed outside with our bikes.
ღ Mint Chip $3.50

Oh so yummy!
It wasn't too sweet nor was it too icy.
It wasn't too creamy and not too airy.
I think it was the perfect reward.

I liked it so much, we had to go back.
This time I got this.

DARK CHOCOLATE MINT CHIP Ice Cream Sandwich $4.50

I have loved ice cream sandwiches since Tivoli's funwich.
Too bad that they stopped making it. =(

The cookie on this one is very different from Tivoli,
but the concept of sandwiching the ice cream between 2 yummy things
is the best idea in the world.

Zazie - Cole St., San Francisco, CA (USA)

On February 20, 2014, Roms and I biked to Zazie for brunch.
Yes, I biked, what felt like a million miles, that day.

 There was quite a queue.

The place was packed.

Our seat.

And I took a look at their outside seating.

This is why this place is popular.
It felt so nice here but it was a longer wait to seat outside.

First up!
Coffee $2.95

Roms had this.
Eggs Guillaume $15.00

Poached eggs with Zoe's prosciutto and grilled spring asparagus on an English muffin
with lemon hollandaise served with home fries or salad

I usually like pancakes / waffles for brunch.
ღ Un, Deux, Trois $11.00
1 Buttermilk pancake, 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon

I had to substitute their pancakes with Miracle pancake.
Substitute to Miracle pancake $2.00

The substitution automatically came with a side of this.
Which I gave to Roms.

I enjoyed my brunch here.
Though there were too many people for my comfort,
the ambiance, service and food made it comforting.

Super Duper Burgers - Castro, San Francisco, CA (USA)

Roms and Pierre brought me to Super Duper Burgers on February 19, 2014.

They haven't been here in awhile,

but they said that the last time they were here,

they loved the burgers so much.

So here we are.
Super Burger (8oz - 2 patties) $7.00 + $.75 cheese + $1.00 bacon

Mini burger (4oz - 1 patty) $5.00 + $.5 cheese + $1.00 bacon

It was juicy and very oily.
Looks so unhealthy but that's when you know it's really good.
